Refund policy
No returns on opened or used products. Returns are allowed on unopened, unused products in re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase/receipt. You are welcome to bring it back to our retail shop in person, or ship it to us.
The responsibility of return shipping costs as well as packaging materials to ensure the safe return are that of the customer.
