I first bought Handmade products at a small shop in Madison Park in Seattle where I live. They have since gone out of business. I’ve actually never been to the storefront but will one day. It was great during our pandemic cause I’d get hand soap, lotion, sanitizer online. I’ve purchased many products over the years from laundry soap, hand soap, bar soap, hand and body lotion, etc. Never found a product I didn’t like.
My go to is the large hand soap refill bottles.
I’d love a product to treat those darn cracks I get on my fingertips from dry weather.
My hope for Handmade is it stays in LaConner and thrives as a small business.
Continue for the next 50 years! Your product has been amazing and of course I have my favorites! My Granddaughter who is 3 loves your peppermint hand lotion! Loves to put it on her feet and her hands as well as her belly!

- How did you first hear of handmade. la conner? I believe I came across HLC at a shop in Woodstock & have been ordering online ever since!
- What’s your favorite product of ours & why? I’m an absolute skank for the Eucalyptus Linen & Room Spray. I use it when I’m ironing bed linens & feel like I’m sleeping in the swankiest of hotels—except, y’know, the part where I’m the one doing the ironing. But I also love the Dryer Sheet Liquid for my dryer balls.
- What’s something you’d love for us to make? Larger refill size of Linen & Room Spray. Also, Dryer Sheet Liquid in a spray bottle.
- Any words of wisdom or encouragement for a small business in today’s world? I think you guys are doing everything right. You make great, sustainable products that keep me coming back for more.
- What do you hope for the future of handmade. la conner? Would also love to see you in shops in NYC, like The Laundress.
